Aluminum extrusion assembly table

I needed a new work table for my workshop, something with a large surface, a good amount of storage, and a top that could be used for cutting and assembly.

The structure was build entirely out of 1515 and 1530 aluminum extrusion, drilled in the proper places, and the ends of the extrusions were routed to allow the use of clamps.

Panels and drawers were made of baltic birch ply, and drawer fronts covered with blue-grey formica. I added sliders made to house Festool boxes.

finally, the top was drilled out of a sheet of 3/4 MDF using the UJK Part guide system, which allows for perfectly placed holes to add bench dogs and guides for making straight and square cuts.
